Features

ServerHub Vote Tracking
Automatically fetches votes from ServerHub every 5 minutes. Each vote is recorded, deduplicated, and counted toward the player's total. No manual tracking needed — it just works.

Cluster & Server Trackers
Track votes at two levels. Clusters group multiple servers so votes count toward the same total. Server Trackers track votes independently. Run both at the same time for different reward tiers.

Milestone Rewards
Set vote count thresholds that trigger rewards. Each milestone pulls from reward pools — reusable sets of RCON commands you define once and assign to any threshold.

Consecutive Day Streaks
Tracks consecutive voting days and triggers bonus rewards at configurable streak milestones (e.g., 3-day, 7-day, 14-day). Miss a day and the streak resets to 1 — but the highest streak ever achieved is recorded permanently.

Automatic RCON Reward Delivery
Pending rewards processed every 60 seconds. Checks if the player is online, finds their server, and executes RCON commands automatically. Offline rewards wait until the player comes online. Failed deliveries retry up to 10 times.

Discord Role Rewards
Assign Discord roles when players reach vote or streak milestones. Roles are granted automatically alongside RCON rewards and removed when the vote period resets — so only active voters keep their reward roles.

Scheduled Vote Resets
Configure automatic resets on monthly or weekly schedules. Vote counts and streaks reset to zero and reward roles are removed. Highest streak records persist forever. Set to "never" for lifetime tracking.

Reward Pools
Define reusable reward packages with a name, up to 3 RCON commands, and an optional Discord role. Assign pools to any vote milestone or streak threshold. Edit a pool once and it updates everywhere it's used.

Leaderboard
Ranks players by vote count with gold, silver, and bronze badges. Switch between trackers to see rankings per cluster or per server.

Vote History
Full searchable log of every vote received from ServerHub. See who voted, when, and for which server — useful for resolving disputes or verifying activity.

Discord Delivery Logs
Optionally log every reward delivery to a Discord channel. Each log entry shows the player, command executed, server, and whether it succeeded or failed.

Web Dashboard
Full management panel with six tabs: Dashboard overview with stats cards, Leaderboard, Rewards management (filter by pending/complete/failed, retry or delete), Vote History, Settings, and Access Control.

Role-Based Access Control
Control who can view the dashboard, manage rewards, or change settings. Assign permissions per Discord role through the Access Control tab.
